Master Card, Visa & Discover as well as personal checks and cash will be accepted at time of check in. A refundable security deposit is required on ALL reservations! We will accept a credit card, which will be charged at the time the reservation is made, or a check must be received within 10 days from the date the reservation is made. This deposit will be returned to you 10-14 business days after departure, unless damage is done to the property during your stay.
ALL RESERVATIONS MAY BE CANCELLED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF MAKING THE RESERVATION WITH NO FEE, IF YOU CANCEL 10 OR MORE DAYS PRIOR TO THE ARRIVAL DATE YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $40.00 FEE FOR CANCELLING, IF YOU SHOULD WAIT AND CANCEL WITHIN THE 10 DAY GRACE PERIOD OF YOUR ARRIVAL DATE YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR ENTIRE DEPOSIT. ALL NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED AND CANCELLED AT 10:00 AM ON THE NEXT DAY. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If you are not arriving the first night of you stay you must notify the office to avoid cancellation. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT FOR THIS NIGHT REGARDLESS OF THE TIME OF ARRIVAL. All rents are due in full at the time of check-in.
NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY CHECKOUTS OR FOR EVICATIONS. The person registering for the unit is responsible for all damages and for missing items in the unit and for all damages to the property caused by anyone in the unit. This responsibility may exceed the amount of the damage deposit. . We reserve the right to require ID at check in. All local/state/and federal laws will be enforced. All guests and visitors are at discretion of management.
PETS ARE ALLOWED ON PET FRIENDLY PROPERTIES ONLY. Please inspect your unit upon check-in and notify the office ASAP of all damages. We will repair/correct as soon as possible, sorry NO REFUNDS/DISCOUNTS will be given for time necessary to correct or repair any problems. We will prosecute for all returned/stop payment checks and for credit cards, which are inaccessible or “charged back”.
RENTS ARE DUE FOR ALL NIGHTS FOR WHICH A UNIT IS RESERVED/OCCUPIED REGARDLESS OF PROPERTY, UNIT, MECHANICAL, OR WEATHER CONDITIONS. Do not leave valuables in unit, as we are not responsible for damage to or loss of personal property or automobiles.
EMERGENCIES CALL 911. Obey all laws, property and parking rules. ALL RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AND WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THE AVAILABILITY OF A PARTICULAR UNIT!! We will try to honor all guest requests for a “special” unit or for a particular floor.
PARKING PASSES ARE REQUIRED. Limit 1 pass for a 1Br unit & 2 max. For all other size units. No boats/trailers are allowed without written permission. All others will be towed.
CHECK-IN TIME IS APPROX 4:00 PM (may be delayed on holidays and heavy turn over days).
CHECKOUT IS 10:00 AM. We will allow early check-in and late checkout when time and reservations permit, but cannot guarantee either. A minimum length of stay may be required during certain season and holiday periods. RATES DO NOT INCLUDE TAX, THE HOUSEKEEPING CHARGE (1 BR=$65.00-$75.00, 2BR=$85.00, 3BR=$110.00 & up, 4BR=$125 & up) some units may be slightly more due to steps or added bunks. This is a one time charge per stay and to clean the unit upon your departure and are + tax. We do not have daily maid service, and paper products as well as soaps and detergents are supplied only once at check in. Each reservation will be charged a one time registration fee of $40.00 as well as some properties charge a parking fee of $10-$15 per pass. A fee for after hour’s lockout will be charged. Do not leave keys or pool tags in the unit and do not use key drop boxes as you will be charged for the pool tags at $10 each and any lost or non-returned key a fee of $60+tax will be charged to your credit card or taken out of your deposit. ALL AFTER HOURS CHECK-INS & EARLY CHECKOUTS ARE TO BE MADE ONLY AT THE 24-HOUR OFFICE. NO EXCEPTIONS. For your protection always get a reservation number when making reservations and always get a cancellation number if for some reason you must cancel. This is your responsibility and these are issued to protect you. Retain these numbers. Every effort has been made to assure the accuracy of the information supplied to you. We cannot be responsible for errors or omissions in any of our printed information and are not responsible for verbal information given which does not agree with this printed material. All units managed by Panama City Beach Rentals are the carefully chosen home of someone, all units are privately owned and are funished by the Owner. We hope you enjoy your Beach vacation, but we must have and will enforce rules and regulations to protect the property of our Owners and the rights and pleasures of our Owners and other guests. Please observe the rules of each property, the rules for the use of the amenities, the parking rules, and do not damage the unit or the condominium property.
IF YOU ARE EVICTED YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED MONIES FOR THE NIGHTS LOST BECAUSE OF THE EVICTION. Your making of this reservation and / or checking into a unit are acceptance of this agreement. IF IT SHALL BECOME NECESSARY FOR PANAMA CITY BEACH RENTALS TO RETAIN AN ATTORNEY TO ENFORCE ANY PROVISION OF THIS AGREEMENT. THEN THE COST OF SAID ATTORNEY SHALL BE ADDED TO THE OUTSTANDING BALANCE DUE TO PANAMA CITY BEACH RENTALS. ALL CASES SHALL BE TRIED IN THE COURTS OF BAY COUNTY, FL
