“Crest” has one of the largest ad budgets on the Beach … direct mail of our 52 page “Panama City Beach Vacation Planner” to over 125,000 families each year … monthly ads in national magazines and newspapers …  including the Panama City Beach Official Visitors Guide (1-800-PCBEACH) and FLA USA …and a 86+ page web site (www.pcbeachrentals.com). The PC Beach Visitors Guide is THE BOOK to be in to obtain rentals. We also are featured as the “largest advertiser” at the Highway 231 Florida Welcome Center … thousand start their PCB vacation here; especially during “the slow times” when you need rentals … they see the ads, call our 24 /7 number, and you have a “walk-in”. Brochures are also displayed at the I10 and Tallahassee Welcome Centers. “Crest” has the only 24 HOUR OFFICE on the Beach. A 24 Hour office means no units left open, no key boxes, no unpaid guests, and no answering service. You and your guests can reach a “Crest” employee 24 Hours per day, everyday. We provide "Crest" only services such as unit inspections, in-house maintenance, annual management inspections, and 24 hour walk in traffic.

Our Company will not “nickel and dime you to death”. Our competitive commissions are our ONLY source of Owner Revenue … we DO NOT mark up services such as carpet cleaning, plumbing problem repair, or even new furnishings; some of our competition marks up as much as 100% … we DO NOT charge Owners a linen fee, an advertising fee, credit card fees, or travel agent fees; may of our competitors do … we DO NOT  “comp your room to our guests” with you getting no rent; some of our competition does. Our rental rates are “high / competitive” … we DO NOT “low-ball our rates” … you deserve good rents and good guests … some of our competition rents at rates as much as 35% less than our rates … you get wear & tear but no income and guests you nor the property desires. Once again our experience renting “deluxe gulf-front properties” to quality / family guests will generate you income and security. OUR OWNERS KEEP A HIGHER PERCENTAGE OF THEIR INCOME. Our contract has no set term, you can cancel at any time … YOU ARE THE OWNER;  our competition has a year or more contract term.
