Sugar Beach offers 1, 2, 3, & 4 bedroom floor plans in low-rise buildings surounding a fresh water lake and landscaped courtyards. Amenities include a large heated pool, 2 lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, and a large sundeck with an area for outdoor barbecues. All of this in a property that is Gulf front. All units feature fully- equipped kitchens, cable TV / HBO, private patios, and all 2, 3, 4 bedroom units have washers / dryers. All units are not Gulf front but are only a short walk to the Beach. Sugar Beach is within walking distance to many of the areas attractions.
